My face hurts from smiling the entire time I worked on these images.  Little Grant turned one; and he is darned happy about it. 

At the time that I photographed this session, Grant was still needing a little walking assistance.  He was really excited about being up on his feet and got a little frustrated when his parents weren't holding his hands and leading him.  By now I suspect he is keeping everyone on their toes, running around on his own.

His mom loved this entire gallery, and actually asked ME to pick out the images I was going to send her as part of her first year package.  She was having too hard of a time narrowing them down on her own. I told her that was far too daunting a task.  In the end we decided she should have almost all of them.  (There was really no other way.)
