I loved this couple. They drove all the way down here from St. Paul last Sunday at the referral of my photographer friend, Paul Serafini (who does NOT do maternity portraits, by the way!) and when they arrived, for some reason I didn’t hear the door bell ring! I felt horrible a half an hour later when I called them to ask if they were still coming to their appointment and they told me they had already been here and left because they assumed I wasn’t home. They ended up coming back, and I’m really glad they did!! (Thank goodness they weren’t far away; Apparently they had just run into town for coffee and donuts!!)
Karla’s husband Fernando told me they figured I was at church. He said “How can you get mad at someone for going to church?!!” 
I really appreciated their ability to have a sense of humor about the ordeal since nothing like that had ever happened to me before! They were just good people!
Karla is probably going to have this baby any day now, and I think she looks amazing!
If someone can look this great with a full term baby in their belly, the rest of us have no excuses! Adam and Jessica are expecting a girl right before Christmas, and they plan to name her Audrey. (GREAT name, if you ask me!) They brought along their first baby, Luna, (an adorable Vizsla!) to the session. She is very photogenic…
